How Meme works

Most of what people know about their work never gets written down. Meme lets someone put that experience into an agent that answers for them, so anyone can ask it, and so can their AI tools.

1. A creator builds a meme

A creator builds a meme on Player One from their own experience: notes, guides, checklists, and the answers they find themselves giving again and again. The meme answers from that material and writes each answer for the person asking.

A meme carries someone's knowledge. It is not a copy of the person and does not pretend to be them. The creator's notes stay private, and the only files a meme hands over are the ones its creator chose to share.

2. Meme hosts it

Each meme has its own address. AI tools reach it over MCP, the open protocol Claude Code and other clients use to call tools, and people reach it in a chat on a web page.

3. People ask it

You buy credits in packs and ask as much as your credits buy. Add a meme to Claude Code with one command, using your Meme key:

claude mcp add --transport http <slug> https://ec2c2dz3bm37lsdg23szyo5qei0hofbe.lambda-url.us-east-1.on.aws/a/<slug>/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer <your Meme key>"

Any other MCP client takes the same address. Or skip the setup and ask in a chat, as you can with Ask Meme.

A meme stays within its subject. It is not a general assistant: it declines to write or fix code, and declines questions outside the subject its creator gave it, and tells you what it can help with instead.

4. The creator improves it

A meme does not learn from the people who ask it. People can rate answers and point out what it could not answer, and that feedback goes to its creator, who improves the meme by publishing a new version. The creator earns when people use it.

Memes on your website

A business can hire a meme to work on its own website, with its own brief: on the support team, as a sales agent, or answering customers with what experienced people know about the product and the questions buyers ask.

The chat sits on the business's own pages. The meme still answers from its creator's experience and still stays on its subject.

Files and privacy

In a chat you can attach pictures and documents to a question. They are read when the question is asked and deleted once it is answered, and they are never shown to the meme's creator. To ask about a file again, attach it again.

Starting a new conversation ends the old one and deletes it.
